   Jeffrey P. Corser is a Director and Practice Leader of Deloitte & Touche's Southeast Region Sales and Use Tax practice. Mr. Corser specializes in state and local matters in the fifty states and the District of Columbia. He specializes in sales an use tax consulting and has significant experience serving manufacturing, utility, retail, telecommunications and service clients. Mr. Corser has over 20 years of experience in the area of state and local taxation. He has been in public accounting for over eight years. Prior to public accounting, he spent six years as Manager of Sales & Use Tax for ABB, a manufacturer and contractor for the utility industry. Mr. Corser was responsible for all sales and use tax functions. He also worked as a Revenue Field-Auditor for the North Carolina Department of Revenue for six years. Mr. Corser holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Wingate College.
