   WILLIAM CORROW of Williamstown, Orange County, Republican, was born in Newport, Vermont on October 4, 1946. Upon graduation from Adelphia University, he returned to Newport in 1969 to teach high school English. In 1970, Bill entered the U.S. Air Force where he served for 24 years in several capacities, but specializing in nuclear security and counter terrorism. After spending 15 years in Europe, Bill retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Col, and moved to Williamstown. He is presently in his second term as a school board member in Williamstown and is on the board of directors of Central Vermont Adult Basic Education where he also volunteer teaches English as a second language. Additionally, Bill is a volunteer teacher in Williamstown where he teaches English to college bound students. He is a member of the Retired Officers Association, the American Legion, Lions Club, and Summit Lodge #104, F&AM. Bill is married to Laura (Child) Corrow and they have one daughter, Eleanor, who is attending college. Member of the Senate: 2001-2002. Home Phone: 433-6085.    Corrow has been an Education Board member since 2003 and has taught English and English as a second language. He has served on the Williamstown School Board and the Senate Education Committee and as vice president of the board of directors for Central Vermont Adult Basic Education.
