   Carla Corroto, with a BS and Masters degree in Architecture, practiced in Chicago before earning a PhD in Sociology. She has taught Architecture and Interior Design studios and a variety of seminars and classes in architecture schools. Her research and writing is cross disciplinary and she is currently on the faculty of Sociology and Women's Studies at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. She is co-founder and owner of Academic-Coaches Consulting, which is dedicated to providing a range of assessment, intervention, and educational services to professional organizations committed to succeeding and leading in our increasingly global environment.
