   Regina is the Practice Group Leader for the Intellectual Property Law Department of Gowlings' Calgary Office.Her practice focuses on Trade Marks and technology commercialization.Regina has significant experience with all aspects of trade mark law, including, prosecution, opposition, licensing and rights transfer in Canada. Regina's practice extends to the prosecution of trade marks in the United States for Canadian resident companies.
   
   Regina also has significant experience with the commercialization and development of technology, including, negotiating and drafting Technology Licensing Agreements, Research Agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Outsourcing Agreements.
   
   Regina has been included in multiple editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada. In 2006, she was recognized in Lexpert's Top 40 Lawyers under 40.She was identified as a "leading lawyer" in the IP section of the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in 2005, and in the same year named to the Lexpert/ALM Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada.
   
   Regina obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990 and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 1993, both from the University of Alberta and both with Honours.Regina completed additional legal studies at Cornell and Harvard.
