Peter Corrigan is a partner of the firm and co-chairs the Internet and Technology Group. Peter has a diverse practice representing Internet, New Media, and related technology companies. He advises them on a wide range of issues including corporate structure, financing, strategic alliances, co-branding, web site development and hosting agreements, click-and-mortar deals, intellectual property matters, domain name and trademark disputes, privacy policies, employment agreements, licensing, trade secret protection, agreements with celebrity spokespeople, governmental compliance, and the international ramifications of doing business on-line.
