   As vice president of human resources for eCharge Corporation, Kevin Corrigan has more than 18 years of experience in creating human resource initiatives, implementing communications programs, recruiting, compensation and performance management.
   
   Before joining eCharge, Corrigan engineered the human resource aspects of KAO Infosystems acquisition of Microsoft Corporation's software production and distribution facility in Bothell, Washington. Corrigan was instrumental to helping Kao Infosystems effect a successful transition to Microsoft's primary outsource partner in turnkey software production and distribution by designing and executing an integrated human resource strategy. Previously, he practiced as an attorney (admitted to the Washington State and federal bar associations) and served in private practice as employment attorney with Sebris Busto, P.S. in Bellevue, Washington. Corrigan also spent 10 years with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) Company in San Francisco, where he held several positions, notably senior labor relations representative, senior career management specialist and area human resource manager.
   
   Corrigan received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, his Master of Arts in industrial relations from the University of Cincinnati, and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Cincinnati. He has also been an advocate and participant of community service, having volunteered time to the King County Bar Association's free clinic, and having been recognized in 1996 by the United Way of Snohomish County (Wash.) for Managing Most Effective Campaign for a New Employer.
