   Mr. Corrigan is Principal of Axon Energy, LLC, with more than 14 years experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering and Design. Mr. Corrigan oversees the real-time metering and monitoring web-based platform, measurement and verification technology, energy trading, client services and daily operations. Axon Energy, LLC is a registered agency with State and Federal Energy programs in the deregulated electricity markets. Mr. Corrigan's focus is generating our Clients additional new sources of revenue and increased reliability from program opportunities that continually develop in the evolving energy markets.
   
   Prior to joining Specified Air as Principal of Axon Energy, Mr. Corrigan served as Senior Energy Engineer for Enron Energy Services (EES) where he developed and commissioned services offered in their Energy Management Program. His responsibilities included, on-site audit and analysis of existing infrastructures for project identification, data collection and establishment of baselines, development and engineering for DSM energy efficient projects, cost estimating, develop budget per site for capital expenditure, contract and utilize endorsed vendors, customer support from project development through construction and commissioning. Also was involved in Pre-development for Origination and Sales group to establish energy conservation measures, provide estimated construction costs and energy savings. He developed technologies, engineering models and systems to optimize the energy and risk management objectives on behalf of the Client portfolio for EES. Prior to Enron Energy Services his responsibilities included engineering, installation and commissioning of facility control systems for the operation of HVAC systems, Boiler systems and chiller systems at various facilities while employed as a field systems engineer with Dayton General Systems.
   
   Mr. Corrigan is a Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Mr. Corrigan is a graduate from Widener University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
