   About Angela Corrieri, Founder:
   
   Angela Corrieri's first experience in high tech was as a founder and Vice President Operations for Trantor Systems, Ltd. (CA, 1981), an OEM of hard disk subsystems. Within 18 months, Ms. Corrieri built the export activity to distributors in 13 countries, and sales to $750,000. Ms. Corrieri left Trantor in 1983. Trantor was dormant until 1988 when it was revived, re-established its international market, and sold to Adaptec, Inc.
   
   Ms. Corrieri went on to establish Strategic Computer Solutions, Inc. and provided consulting, software, computer systems and networks. Clients included Honeywell, Inc., International Paper, several Fremont CPA firms, City of Fremont, Ohlone Community College, and Nordstrom, Inc. After developing an extensive security system for Nordstrom, Ms. Corrieri upgraded and marketed the software to other retailers, including Macy's East, Mervyn's, and Radioshack.
   
   After Y2K, in April 2000, Ms. Corrieri saw the need for video applications, and went about assembling the components needed. In October, 2001 Ms. Corrieri was asked to develop a video recorder for law enforcement vehicles which she did, and formed a company (MDS) to develop and deliver a solution to this market in January 2002.
