   Mike Correra has a strong background in restructuring, reorganization, and bankruptcy advisory services. Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, Mr. Correra was a Director at Glass & Associates where he acted in a financial advisory and/or interim management capacity for several of the firm's clients. He brings practical solutions to companies through his experience in cash management, financial analysis, financial forecasting, interim management, creditor negotiations, and restructuring plan development and execution.
   
   Mr. Correra has experience in commercial banking and creditor representation stemming from his work experience while at The CIT Group, Business Credit. He developed a comprehensive knowledge of asset-based lending practices in distressed situations. His experience in LBO and DIP financings propelled him into restructuring advisory as an associate with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
   
   Mr. Correra has extensive knowledge of a wide variety of industries but specializes in advising companies and/or their constituents in the industries of engineering and construction, automotive, heavy equipment, general manufacturing, and transportation. He has played significant roles at clients such as Allied Holdings, Alstom Transportation, Dick Corporation, Dura Automotive, Foamade Industries, General Car and Truck, S.G. Marino Crane Service, Matrix Services, and RailWorks Corporation.

   Mr. Correra has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries but specializes in advising companies and/or their constituents in such "old economy" businesses as construction, manufacturing, transportation and heavy equipment. He has played a significant role in such public cases as Railworks, Okura & Co. America, Kenny Industrial, Dow Corning, United Companies, PSINet and Greater Southeast Community Hospital. His background in commercial banking, along with experience in financial restructuring, brings a unique set of skills to the clients he serves.
   
   While at The CIT Group, Business Credit, Mr. Correra developed an extensive knowledge of asset-based lending practices. His experience in LBO and DIP financing situations later propelled him into the restructuring arena as an associate with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Mr. Correra received his BS from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors with the designation as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
