   Prior to this position, Mr. Correnti served as Asssociate General Counsel/Corporate Environmental Compliance Manager for AFG. He has been responsible for legal and environmental issues for the past 8 years. Chris came to AFG after practicing law for 9 ½ years with the Kingsport law firm of Moore, Stout, Waddell and Ledford. He received his law degree from Wake Forest University after completing his undergraduate work at Gettysburg College.
   
   Mr. Correnti is a member of the American Bar, Tennessee Bar and Kingsport Bar Association. In addition, he is very active in the community serving as United Way Campaign Chairman, President of the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, President of Kingsport Tomorrow, President of Junior Achievement and the Kingsport Jaycees.
   
   In his new role, Mr. Correnti is responsible for all legal matters as it involves AFG and its Subsidiaries, and will report directly to the CEO.
