Jennifer Correll, PhD, is Associate Professor and Director of Training, Counseling Programs, for The Florida School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University/Tampa. She received her PhD in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education in 1994 from Michigan State University, and her MA in Guidance and Counseling from Central Michigan University in 1975. Dr. Correll is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan, where she received an Outstanding Service Award from the Michigan Clinical Counseling Association in 2003, and a Distinguished Professional Service Award from the Michigan Counseling Association in 2002. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and the American College Personnel Association.
Dr. Correll has published in numerous professional journals and newsletters, including "Tips for Transitioning to College," Focus (Spring 2001) and "ADD in College: Collaboration and the 4 A's of Success," Newsline (May 2001). She has presented throughout the United States and in Great Britain. Dr. Correll has served on the Board of Directors of the ADD Network in Lansing, Michigan, and facilitated a support group for ADD adults for many years.
