DE MELO FALL RIVER -- Jose Correia De Melo, 80, of Highlander Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Highland Avenue, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2002, at Charlton Memorial Hospital.He was the widower of Zulmira Correia Da Ponte. Born in Ribeira Grande, Sao Miguel, Azores, he was the son of the late Dinis De Melo Bulhoes and Ines De Melo Correia.He lived in the Azores for most of his life.
