   In 1986 Jack was promoted to Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager, and relocated to Ellicott City, Maryland where he remained until 1995. During that period, Jack was the Project Manager for numerous jobs the company was awarded in his region. In Howard County, Maryland, for Comcast Cablevision of Howard County, Jack managed the fulfillment of a two million dollar per year contract. He oversaw the installation department of about twenty installers, Multiple Dwelling Unit crews and drop crews, as well as aerial and underground crews, performing approximately 150 miles of new build and rebuild projects within Howard County, Maryland.
   
   Between 1986 and 1991, for Multivision Cable in Lanham, Maryland, Jack's crews completed a 1.5 million dollar per year contract, with about twenty-five installers, MDU crews and underground crews. Jack oversaw a three-million dollar contract for Storer Cable in Salisbury, Maryland in 1988 and 1989, managing 50 installers performing drop rebuild, and construction crews performing underground construction in the system In Elkton, Maryland from 1991 to 1992, Jack was responsible for the work for TCI East, Inc., which included supervision of construction crews performing approximately 100 miles of new and rebuild projects, as well as retro splicing, activation, drop swings, and a system audit.
   
   Between 1992 and 1994 for TCI East, Inc, in St. Mary's County, Maryland, Jack supervised a one million dollar contract, overseeing underground/aerial construction crews, installers, MDU and audit crews. For Warner Cable, in Chamberberg, Pennsylvania, during 1989 and 1990 Jack handled a two million dollar contract, overseeing underground crews, retrofit splicers and drop rebuild crews.

   Also during 1989 and 1990 for Metrovision Cable of Prince Georges County, Maryland, Jack oversaw a half million dollar contract for thirty installers performing installations throughout Southern Prince Georges County. For United Cable of Annapolis, Maryland in 1988-1989 Jack supervised a half million dollar contract, overseeing five installers, MDU crews and drop rebuild crews within the system.
   
   For Jones Intercable, in Gambrils, Maryland during 1990, Jack oversaw a total system audit in their Fort Meade system. In 1993 for Warner Cable of Reston, Virginia, Jack managed five installers and drop crew within Loudon County, Virginia.

   During 1993 and 1994 for Comcast Cablevision of Baltimore County, Maryland, Jack oversaw a total of forty installers performing installations within the Baltimore County system. For Cable TV Arlington, in Arlington, Virginia, Jack oversaw the underground, drop rebuild and construction crews within the system.
   
   In Rockville, Maryland, for Cable TV of Montgomery, Jack handled a one million dollar contract between 1994 and 1995 overseeing up to twenty installers performing installations throughout Montgomery County, Maryland.
   
   From 1995 to 1998, Jack managed the Greensboro, North Carolina aerial upgrade, underground upgrade, underground rebuild and MDU rebuild for Time Warner Cable until his transfer to South Florida, where he accepted the position he currently holds.
   
   Jack is a national member of the Society of Cable Television Engineers, the Chesapeake Chapter, and the Cable Television Associations of Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia. His personal interests include football, hockey, soccer, basketball, baseball and boxing. Jack is married, has three sons, and resides with his family in South Florida.
