Tessa Corr Tessa is a business focused lawyer specialising in HR management and employment law.Her experience is characterised by having worked with organisations that have undertaken major change and utilised HR best practice as an efficient business facilitator.

Tessa has made extensive use of her coaching and facilitation skills to implement effective recruitment, career planning, promotion, appraisal, remuneration and retention strategies.

Having run her own successful event management and catering company for 10 years, she then trained as a solicitor.Tessa then worked on Lord Woolf's Inquiry in to Civil Justice before becoming the Legal and HR director for a major company with a varied business portfolio.Most recently, she worked at the Financial Services Authority where she completed a major review of the financial and legal industry's benefits structure.

An accomplished trainer and facilitator, having run many HR training courses, Tessa has also trained many expert witnesses in court room skills, cross examination management and report writing.

Tessa is currently pursuing her interest in wine by taking exams which, she hopes, will eventually lead to a Master of Wine.She has a rescue dog called Blossom and is renovating a fisherman's cottage on the Isle of Wight.
