Mark is an owner and Chief Operating Officer of Signet Enterprises and Signet HealthPlex and is responsible for the daily activities of Signet Enterprises in the Akron, Ohio office including new project development, project financing, asset management and budgeting.Mark brings more than fourteen years of finance and development related experience to Signet Enterprises and Signet Healthplex.

Prior to joining Signet Enterprises Mark was a Vice President of Corporate Banking/Asset Based Lending for Bank One where he was responsible for growth and management of a $100 million corporate and middle market business portfolio in the areas of senior debt, capital market and structured finance.Mark's broad financial background has enabled him to work with clients in achieving their strategic and financial goals.

Mark is a graduate of Auburn University.He has served on a number of professional associations and community boards and is the former Chairman of Seton Catholic School, a private parochial elementary school serving children from kindergarten through eighth grade in Hudson, Ohio.Mark joined Signet Enterprises as March, 2000 as a partner in the organization.
