Dr. Coronado heads the Clinical Services Department with years of experience in utilization management, quality improvement, and compliance.
Dr. Coronado completed his residency in Family Practice, became board-certified, and began his private practice in Summit, NJ. After 18 years of private practice, Dr. Coronado earned his Master of Science degree in Medical Services Management and began a new career in Administrative Medicine. Nationally and internationally, he has developed innovative medical management strategies. Most significantly, in the latter part of 1999, he played an integral role in the design, development, and implementation of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Dr. Coronado also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Family Medicine and Community Medicine at the Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine, St. Louis University School of Medicine, and as a Clinical Instructor at the Vanderbilt School of Medicine.
