Dave Cornwell founded Cornwell Personnel Associates in 1974 after a career as a Personnel Director with several Milwaukee area firms.He has seen his company grow to serve more than 500 Milwaukee metropolitan area businesses with staffing and consultation services.Dave has served as a past President for the National Independent Temporary Help Service Association (TEMPNET) and as a past President of the Wisconsin Association of Temporary Help Services.In addition, he has been Director for the State Independent Business Association.He is active in the Personnel Industrial Association of Wisconsin, The American Society of Training and Development, and The American Society of Personnel Administrators.He has a B.S. in Labor Economics with an Industrial Psychology minor from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.He served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Military Police Corps, following graduation from the University.He is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast who resides with his family in Hartford.

Dawn has been with Cornwell since July of 1999.She is known as the "utility person" handling a variety of duties such as marketing, human resources, payroll back up, reception, and night staff.Dawn is a former member of the "Office Education Club."She enjoys bowling, shopping, and spending time with her family.
DavidHuman Resource GeneralistDavid graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville in May of 2004 with a Bachelors of Science - Business Administration Degree with a double emphasis in Business Management and Human Resource Management.While in school, David found himself actively involved on campus and within his fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon.David also served in several student leadership positions that concluded with consecutive terms as Business Manager for the University of Wisconsin - Platteville Student Senate.David was also awarded the Chancellor's Medallion for Outstanding Leadership by a Senior.Upon graduation, David accepted a position with Menards as a Human Resource Coordinator and as a live-in Chapter and Resident Advisor for TKE at UW - Whitewater.David finished at UWW in May of 2005 and remained at Menards until September of 2006 when he took his new role with the Cornwell staff.In his free time David enjoys spending quality time with his wife Amy and their family.He still volunteers his time to his fraternity serving as the TKE Grand Province Advisor for the State of Wisconsin.David and Amy are also avid sports fans who enjoy attending local events, which mainly consist of Wisconsin Badger Football and Milwaukee Brewers games.
