   In June 2003, Paula joined a medical clinic as the Office Manager and stayed there until joining Cornwell. In her free time, Paula enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew.

   Dave Cornwell founded Cornwell Personnel Associates in 1974 after a career as a Personnel Director with several Milwaukee area firms. He has seen his company grow to serve more than 500 Milwaukee metropolitan area businesses with staffing and consultation services. Dave has served as a past President for the National Independent Temporary Help Service Association (TEMPNET) and as a past President of the Wisconsin Association of Temporary Help Services. In addition, he has been Director for the State Independent Business Association. He is active in the Personnel Industrial Association of Wisconsin, The American Society of Training and Development, and The American Society of Personnel Administrators. He has a B.S. in Labor Economics with an Industrial Psychology minor from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Military Police Corps, following graduation from the University. He is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast who resides with his family in Hartford.
   
   Lou Executive Assistant Lou has worked for Cornwell since February of 1991. Prior to coming to Cornwell she worked for the government. She enjoys reading, flea markets and spending time with family and friends.

   Deb graduated from high school and worked for a jewelry wholesale company for 24 years before coming to Cornwell in September of 1997. Deb started as data entry person and has been the receptionist at the North Office for the last 4 years. In her off time, Deb enjoys classic cars with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading.

   Dawn has been with Cornwell since July of 1999. She is known as the "utility person" handling a variety of duties such as marketing, human resources, payroll back up, reception, and night staff. Dawn is a former member of the "Office Education Club." She enjoys bowling, shopping, and spending time with her family.
   
   David Human Resource Generalist David graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville in May of 2004 with a Bachelors of Science - Business Administration Degree with a double emphasis in Business Management and Human Resource Management. While in school, David found himself actively involved on campus and within his fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon. David also served in several student leadership positions that concluded with consecutive terms as Business Manager for the University of Wisconsin - Platteville Student Senate. David was also awarded the Chancellor's Medallion for Outstanding Leadership by a Senior. Upon graduation, David accepted a position with Menards as a Human Resource Coordinator and as a live-in Chapter and Resident Advisor for TKE at UW - Whitewater. David finished at UWW in May of 2005 and remained at Menards until September of 2006 when he took his new role with the Cornwell staff. In his free time David enjoys spending quality time with his wife Amy and their family. He still volunteers his time to his fraternity serving as the TKE Grand Province Advisor for the State of Wisconsin. David and Amy are also avid sports fans who enjoy attending local events, which mainly consist of Wisconsin Badger Football and Milwaukee Brewers games.
