Warnaco's bankruptcy counsel , Kelly Cornish of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood , said the company has identified four business units that the retailer is considering selling.According to court documents , as of Sept. 30 Warnaco had borrowed $165 million and had used $66.3 million in trade credit on a $600 million DIP.A bank syndicate led by Salomon Smith Barney Inc. , J.P. Morgan Securities and the Bank of Nova Scotia approved the financing.

Two weeks ago , Warnaco won approval for a 120-day extension of its exclusive periods to file a reorganization plan that was to end on Oct. 18.
