   John Cornish serves as Chief Financial Officer of Luv dat Baby, and is responsible for all financial operations of the company. John also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Braemer, where he is responsible for all operations of that company. He joined Braemer in 1988 as vice president of acquisitions and finance, overseeing all land acquisitions, project financing, and development of joint venture equity capital.
   
   Before joining Braemer in 1988, John was the West Region Manager for Lomas Realty USA, a subsidiary of Lomas & Nettleton Financial Corporation, with responsibilities for the acquisition, development and disposition of all property in the Western united States Region.
   
   Prior to that, he was an asset manager for Bright Realty Corporation, involved in the development of marketing strategies, direction of land planning and engineering for subdivision, and development of parcels, and disposition of the land portfolio.
   
   As a vice president with Praedium Group, Inc., he served as project manager on residential Developments, from site selection and acquisition through the development and construction Phases.
   
   John is a licensed real estate broker and a certified public accountant. A member of the Young President's Organization-San Fernando Valley Chapter, he was honored Outstanding Young Men of America in 1987, and has been involved in several youth programs including Junior Achievement and Big Brothers of America. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of arts degree in 1980. He and his wife Tina, have two children, Ali, 3, and Noah. 14 months.

   SAN DIEGO - John Cornish has been named director of the new Northern California office of Capstone Advisors, a full-service real estate investment and advisory company serving the commercial and residential real estate markets in California and other western states.
   
   In his new position, Cornish will be responsible for equity and mezzanine investments in land development, entitlement and home-building ventures.He will also oversee the office's real estate financial advisory services and asset management and direct lending activities.

   Cornish joins Capstone Advisors from DB Real Estate, a division of the Deutsche Bank Group, where he was director with responsibility for business development throughout Northern California as well as asset management for the DB Real Estate residential investment portfolio.He previously was chief operating officer of The Braemar Group, a real estate development company in Los Angeles, and before that was western regional manager for Lomas Realty USA, a subsidiary of Lomas & Nettleton Financial Corporation.
   
   The Capstone Advisors' Northern California office will be located in Sacramento.
