   Her education began at Missouri Baptist College in St. Louis where she earned a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine and another Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. In addition, Leah is a certified Personal trainer and Fitness Instructor with The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. She holds an Arizona State Board Teaching Certificate, is certified with the Exercise Safety Association and is a four year member of The American College of Sports Medicine.
   
   Leah has offered fitness and wellness training in a variety of settings. She has worked at Arizona Sports Physical Therapy, performing Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. She has also worked as a sports specific trainer for pre-competitive athletes, a competitive judge for college athletics, and as a corporate wellness educator for Motorola and Maxim Corporations. Amongst her talents, she has also been a Hip-Hop Choreographer for the past four years. Leah is highly committed to ongoing education and breakthrough fitness research.
