Joyce has over 25 years experience in apartment management.Prior to joining Place Properties she was President of Operations in the Southeast for Trammell Crow overseeing over 50 properties consisting of 15,000 units of which 80% were for third party owners.She was part of Trammell Crow when the company went public becoming Gables Residential where she held the position of Vice President of Operations.Prior to Gables, Joyce held the position of Vice President of Property Management for Post Properties.Joyce's multi- family tenure includes extensive lease-up experience, operational/stabilized management of A, B and C class properties, rehab and repositioning properties.Additionally, Joyce is experienced in acquisitions, due diligence and property management transitions.

Trammell Crow Residential Services named Joyce Copeland president and COO.She is responsible for all property management services in the Southeast region.She previously was vice president of Gables Residential.
