A native of Illinois, Bill Copeland spent his career with the Boy Scouts of America in the Midwest.Bill and his wife, Carol, moved to Green Valley in 2002 from Naperville, Illinois where he served on BSAs National Staff.Bill was a Board Member and President of Canoa Seca Estates II HOA and has been a member of GVCCC's Board of Representatives since 2005.Currently a member of the Rotary Club of Green Valley, Bill has been a Rotarian since 1979.
