Beverly J. Copeland, Senior Asset Manager - is responsible for asset management and investor reporting for stabilized assets. Prior to joining Covenant in 2007, Beverly worked for Klingbeil Capital Management from 1993 to 2006 as a Senior Property Manager in California and Florida. From 1988-1993 she was with William Lyon Property Management in San Jose, California as a Property Manager and Leasing Director. Beverly worked for Oakwood Apartments from 1981-1985 in different roles including: Leasing Consultant, Training Director, Leasing Manager, and Property Manager. Beverly holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry and a minor in Physics from Temple University.
