BEVERLEY COPELAND
WHEREAS, Beverley Copeland has been an active Vendor Member of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Maintenance Superintendents Association since 1992; and
WHEREAS, Beverley Copeland has been a major contributor to the success of the Maintenance Superintendents Association, both at the Chapter and at the Executive Board level; and
WHEREAS, Beverley Copeland has served the Chapter Executive Committee, and continues to provide the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of MSA with Clerical Support since December 1991; and
WHEREAS, Beverley Copeland has promoted the ideals of the Maintenance Superintendents Association through her efforts as Owner and Partner of B & B Enterprises; and
WHEREAS, Beverley Copeland has strengthened the Maintenance Superintendents Association through her efforts as Editor of The Maintainer; and
WHEREAS, Beverley Copeland has offered sage advice and insights to issues involving the Governance of the Maintenance Superintendents Association; and
WHEREAS, Beverley Copeland represents the best possible example of an individual dedicated to the ideals of the Maintenance Superintendents Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Committee of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Maintenance Superintendents Association does hereby award BEVERLEY COPELAND the 2003 VENDOR OF THE YEAR AWARD; and
BE IT RESOLVED that all future awards shall be named THE BEVERLEY COPELAND VENDOR OF THE YEAR AWARD.

After the presentations several current Officers and Past Presidents of the Chapter spoke about how much help Beverley has been through the years.
Beverley spoke to the membership and thanked them for this honor.She was truly surprised and amazed that the Chapter Executive Committee could keep this a secret from her.
