Lauren Elizabeth Cooper, 21, of Baytown was born May 2, 1983 in Baytown and passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2004 in Texas Children's Hospital in Houston.She was a 2001 graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School, attended Lee Junior College, and was currently a student at Baylor University, where she was on the Dean's List.She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and served as an Ambassador for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.Despite a lifelong battle with Cystic Fibrosis, she never let it get in the way of living her life to the fullest.What she enjoyed most was spending time with her nephews.
