Carlo has done work in the wholesale, hospitality, government, non-profit and technology industries.Before beginning One Smart Team, Carlo managed a wholesale business.There he turned the company around, increased profitability and sales, and built a loyal client base.His passion to make a difference for people catapulted him into coaching.

He holds a Bachelor of Communications from Dominican University and attended Second City's improv conservatory program.He is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and American Society of Training and Development.Carlo also enjoys playing the drums and managing a band called Miles Of Empty.
