CARL N. COOPER, ASSOCIATE, has more than 30 years of financial and business experience.He began his career as a CPA in public accounting and held the office of Senior Tax Consultant for two years with Touche, Ross & Company an international CPA Firm.He has worked as an independent business consultant on such diverse projects as designing and installing accounting systems, preparing business plans and raising start-up capital for various industries.His successful funding endeavors have been in amounts from $125,000 to $14,000,000 and have been for projects as diverse as gas wells, pipelines and gathering systems, metal processing facilities, grain export, and coal gasification.Mr. Cooper is a graduate of Central Missouri State University with a B.S. in accounting.Email: cncooper@boshearsconsulting.com
