Carl Cooper - Co-Founder, Director of Business Development

Carl brings international experience in business and project management to his responsibilities at Cooper Research Associates.

With over 11 years of consultative sales and business management experience, Carl most recently served as Sr. Account Executive at Gartner Inc., a research & advisory services firm where he established broad relationships with senior executives serving the Information Technology industry.Carl also served as Managing Director of the Washington News Bureau LLC where he was responsible for expanding the firms markets via demand-generation and channel partner activities.

Earlier in his career, Carl served with several startups in South East Asia, including a position as Managing Director for a systems integration firm - Technology Resources Vietnam Ltd., based in Ho Chi Minh City - and was tasked with expanding their operations to the north in Hanoi and other Indochina markets.

Carl holds a degree in International Studies from Colorado State University and is proficient in the Spanish, Swedish and Vietnamese languages.
