Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a Security Deed executed by Carl Lee Cooper to New Century Mortgage Corporation dated December 6, 2001, and recorded in Deed Book 250, Page 491, Jackson County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of March 1, 2002, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Capital I Inc.
