WILLARD COOK teaches fiction writing at New York University.He has been an adjunct professor of English and writing at Marymount College and a visiting lecturer in fiction writing at Vermont College.He is also a National Endowment for the Arts WritersCorp fellow.He has published stories and poems in The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Sanctuary, Fiction, Carolina Quarterly, the Emerald City Review, and Odessa, as well as other magazines and journals.He has work forthcoming in the anthology Not Black and White.Willard has been a reporter for United Press International.He received his B.A. from Macalester College.He holds a Master of Arts in English Education from New York University and a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction Writing from Vermont College.
