Wendy J Cook Wendy Cook ACII joined Millins in 1989 and manages our office on a day to day basis, including Compliance and Complaints Handling. She is experienced in Insurance and in the horse world. In 1984 she attained the BHSAI and in 1986 BHSII and is a registered Instructor with the British Horse Society. She first qualified in Insurance in 1990, and is now a Chartered Insurance Broker. Wendy is a past Council member of the Insurance Institute of Liverpool and past North West regional representative of the Society of Technicians in Insurance.
