Dr. Cook is founder and president of Evangelistic Endeavors, Inc., a non-profit organization and an ordained minister.In 1984, Bill entered full-time ministry, leaving a medical practice established 26 years prior.He remains licensed in three states.He and his wife, Norma, have a unique ministry to the family and the local church.Norma is a graduate from Oklahoma University and Luther Rice Seminary.They have training from the Institute of Biblical Counseling of Dr. Larry Crabb and are certified teacher-trainers in Evangelism Explosion.Bill's ministry includes Bible Conferences, revivals, pulpit supply, retreats, missions, counseling and others.Norma teaches and counsels ladies.
