Once upon a time, (1975) Alison learned how to make English Toffee from a very close friend, Jeannie. For years, Alison and Jeannie made the toffee and gave it to their friends for the holidays. Pretty soon everyone was asking, "Where's the toffee?"

In 1990, with Jeannie's permission, Alison began her business as Aunt Ali's Toffee.

After leaving her "day job" selling industrial tools, (1995) Alison was able to focus on her creative side. Now, Aunt Ali's offers 11 wonderful confection items and 7 yummy snack items.

The company is now incorporated and known as Aunt Ali's Handmade Confections, LLC. Alison Cook is the President and Jim Cook is the Vice President.
