    Jill Constantine (Ph.D., Economics, University of Pennsylvania) serves as a senior advisor. Dr. Constantine has conducted large-scale, rigorous evaluations funded by ED, and she has developed designs for numerous studies funded by other clients. She directed the ED-sponsored evaluation of Talent Search, leading all aspects of the evaluation phase of the study, including the collection of administrative records from federal, state, and program sources; conducting the analysis; and producing reports. She is the deputy project director for the ED's Study of Teacher Preparation Models, a large random assignment evaluation of teacher training programs taking place in over 70 elementary schools across the country. Before joining Mathematica, Dr. Constantine was a professor at Williams College, where she published articles on how attending historically black colleges and universities affects black students.
