Jaye H. Connor currently provides operational oversight for all MSN client billing.Ms. Connor manages MSN's operations personnel and serves as a physician liaison for MSN and its physician clients.In addition, she chairs monthly meetings with MSN physician clients for a comprehensive review of statistical and performance information.Ms. Connor is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of MSN's computer systems, including all software and hardware components.

A key part of her operational duties is the intervention with insurance carriers when additional support is required in excess of standard billing practices.This includes the monitoring of all contract terms.

Ms. Connor's expertise includes 12 years in the medical billing arena and she is an active member of the Radiology Business Management Association, the Georgia Radiology Business Managers Association, the Atlanta Pick User Group and the Atlanta Professional Practice Managers Association.Ms. Connor is a graduate of the University of Georgia, Athens, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.
