Coach Conboy serves as an Assistant Principal at RHS. He attended and played football at RHS and college football at Winona State where he earned a BS in Health and Special Education. He earned his Master's and Specialist's Degrees from Minnesota State-Mankato and his Doctorate from Bethel University. Tim is also an assistant Track and Field Coach working with the boys Shot Putt and Discus team. Tim and his wife Kathy have 4 children.
