SOS member and Scarborough and District Ratepayers Association president Trish Collins was disappointed that the council had not shown what area 458 would look like together with area 457 - the well-publicised high-rise development and beautification of the foreshore.
Ms Collins said the dense development would make Scarborough look more like a small city.
"The council won't show a view of 457 and 458 together, which is a real concern to us because most people are of the view that a couple of high-rises won't hurt but what they don't realise is how far it extends," she said. -

Modern ARF Chalk Painting Events : The Whole Foods Earth Day Chalk Painting Celebration, April 20, 2005 took place at the Arlington, Virginia store on the wall surrounding the parking lot. It was organized by Noel Quinn, Marketing Director of Whole Foods Arlington and Tricia Collins, Wellness Programmer for Arlington County; and coordinated on-site by John Aaron of the Museum of Modern ARF.
