Tony Collins will join the Steamwheelers as a WR/DB and also make a contribution as a kick returner.Collins was a 1995 graduate of Davenport Assumption High School where he was a standout in track , soccer , and football.In football he was All-State and All-American , and he is the state record holder in the 400m.He starred at Iowa from 1995-98 and was second in the nation in kickoff returns in 1997 as a sophomore.
