   Terry Collins, a seasoned financial expert with a resume of healthcare financial responsibility that spans almost three decades, has been named Aspen Valley Hospital's new Chief Financial Officer.Witt/Kieffer, the executive search firm that assisted with the recruitment of Dave Ressler as the hospital's new Chief Executive Officer, was also responsible for identifying Collins as a CFO candidate.
   
   The start date for Collins is December 14.Responsibilities include assuring the financial viability of the hospital through the delivery of cost-effective and high-quality healthcare services.He will serve as the principal source of financial expertise and reports for Management and the Board.
   
   Collins holds bachelors degrees in accounting and psychology, and he has an MBA from the University of Utah.
