My old firm had more of a general corporate practice.I was fortunate enough to work on five public offerings during the year and a half I was there.On almost all of them, Brobeck was on the other side of the deal.

After we had completed one of these offerings, a Brobeck attorney who had worked on a deal on the other side of the table approached me and asked if I might be interested in joining Brobeck.I was definitely interested because I wanted to join a law firm that had a sophisticated securities and corporate practice in a vibrant economic region.
