STEVEN COLLINS
Mr. Collins is a managing partner for Black Ice Security Services, Inc. A retired Navy SEAL Master Chief, he is ideally suited for Executive Protection, Advisory, and High Risk work in foreign lands. He has worked throughout the world in dangerous situations. Mr. Collins has provided operational support in high stress and demanding situations and has performed these duties with distinction.

Mr. Collins has a long history of special operations and security related experience dating back twenty-five years. His experiences in the Navy working in the fields of intelligence (HUMINT & OPINTEL), aviation as an Aircrew man, and seventeen years in Naval Special Warfare as a SEAL operator - prepared him well for his follow-on career in private security. He retired as a Master Chief (E-9) the most senior of the enlisted ranks. Mr. Collins' most recent areas of focus are: executive protection, support to counter-terrorism initiatives such as threat assessment surveys, and consulting, security related training, and surveillance/counter surveillance training, consulting, and operational support.
Mr. Collins is one of the founding members of the Board of Directors for the Executive Security International (ESI) Alumni Association, and a staff instructor for ESI in High Risk Protection Programs. and is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) and a number of other professional and private organizations.
