   Simon graduated from Leeds University with an engineering degree in 1985.After working for GKN for three years in production management, he went to do a postgraduate qualification in accountancy.He worked in a big accountancy firm (Grant Thornton) until 1992 having qualified as a chartered accountant.Simon didn't enjoy accountancy much so went to work for a Pharmaceutical company as a representative (Mundi Pharma/Napp).He was promoted to RBM after three years and then left to work for Sanofi.He spent three years as an RBM and then moved into marketing as a product manager for one of the major joint venture brands.13 months later he was appointed Head of Sales.
   
   He is currently the Business Unit Director for Open Care and Specialist Care Sales
