   Ms. Collins serves as Assistant Vice President of the Claims Division of the Customer Operations Department for Life of the South. She has been with Life of the South since 1998.
   
   Prior to joining Life of the South, Ms. Collins served as Assistant Vice President for Barnett Banks Insurance, Inc. In this role, she was responsible for premium and claim administration. Previously, she served as Manager and Business Analyst for American Heritage Life. Her duties included overseeing claims administration and serving as a liaison between Information Systems and; the Group Claims, Administration and Accounting Departments.
   
   Additionally, she was instrumental in the development and implementation of a redesigned on-line group claim system and conducted both on and off site training.
   
   Ms. Collins' career includes experience in all facets of the insurance business to include group, ordinary and credit insurance. She has attended numerous insurance seminars and programs, is an active member in the Credit Insurer's Association, and has served as both a panelist and session chair at these conferences.
   
   Ms. Collins' continuing education includes the following designations: HIAA (Health Insurance Association of America), ALHC (International Claim Association), and ACS (Customer Service International Claim Association).
