Sandy Collins, director of health-care services for the Westford Board of Health, said she had just heard of the ruling and any decision-making is pending further review of the court's decision.
,We will probably be revisiting our regulation with this ruling,, said Collins.
The Westford Board of Health currently stipulates that private clubs are required to have a separate ventilation to the outside in which no air recirculates through the building. There are also space restrictions, and the building must have negative pressure.
,As well, if the private club is utilized for public events they have to abide by the nonsmoking rule,, said Collins.
