   Mr. Ronald Collins is the President of Pavement Technology, Inc., of Covington, Georgia, (in metro Atlanta). The company manufactures a broad line of laboratory sampling and testing equipment for the hot-mix asphalt and aggregate industry, which is sold through a worldwide distribution network. Mr. Collins served 34 years with the Georgia Department of Transportation, including six years as State Materials and Research Engineer. Mr. Collins is frequently called upon as a conference speaker and consultant on asphalt paving and aggregate topics.
