Ricky Collins
(WSBT) Police call him a one-man crime wave and wonder why he got out of jail. His name is Ricky Collins and he's suspected in over 40 burglaries and car thefts in St. Joseph County.
Collins bonded out of jail after a judge reduced his bond on 2 cases from $5000 to $500 cash. Less than 48 hours later police picked him up again.
A St. Joseph County Police officer was working seatbelt duty Thursday morning when he noticed a driver not wearing his belt. He pulled that car over and when he called in the driver's name on the radio, most of the police officers in the county perked right up.
