   Mr. Collins holds degrees in Civil Engineering (Polytechnic of Central London 1972) and European Law (Kings College, London). During the period 1989-1999 he served as principal advisor to Pauline Green MEP (Leader of the Party of European Socialist's Parliamentary Group in the European Parliament. He is the founder and managing director of Political Communication Network (Cyprus) Ltd. - a European political affairs consultancy. He specializes in the foreign and political affairs of the European Union with special focus on Mediterranean policy, the Cyprus Issue, EU/Turkey relations and the Middle East.
