• TechTravelers, a Fairfax firm that provides travel-management software to businesses, plans to name Peter Collins chief operating officer today.Collins previously was vice president of acquisitions at New York-based Cendant and chief operating officer at Seattle-based Highwire.

• ManTech International, a Fairfax government contractor, said it priced a public offering of 6.15 million shares of common stock at $18.The company said its underwriters will have an option to buy as many as 922,500 additional shares.The company said it will use the proceeds as working capital and to make acquisitions and repay debt.Shares of ManTech closed at $18.20, down 37 cents.
