   PHOENIX , AZ , November 15 , 1999 -- Greenbrier & Russel , Inc. , a leader in information technology consulting , today announced the addition of Patrick Collins as a Phoenix Account Manager. In this new position , Mr. Collins will be responsible for establishing new consulting clients , maintaining existing accounts and relationships , as well as assisting in the continued growth of Greenbrier & Russel.
   
   Before joining Greenbrier & Russel , Mr. Collins was employed by Platinum Technology , Inc. as an Account Manager. In this position , he was responsible for penetrating , cultivating , and managing all public sector accounts in the State of Arizona. Prior to that , Mr. Collins had produced record sales results as a National Account Manager for Teams International and NetPro Computing , Inc. Mr. Collins is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
